The Second Annual Blackout Festival Tribute to Fred Anderson of Chicago's Velvet Lounge fame, begins 8:00PM at the Velvet Lounge, 67 E Cermak, 312.791.9050 and is the highlight of a three day Birthday Benefit Festival Tribute to Fred who turns 81 years young in 2010...the Blackout Festival on Saturday March 20th features the following lineup:
